Paula Drouin has designed and delivered customized training for all levels of government, private industry, not-for-profit organizations, construction industry, oil and gas, Human Resource Departments, Unions, Policing Agencies, Fire Rescue Services and Emergency Medical Services, Military, First Nations and Metis Organizations, and various immigrant communities.

Paula has been a Senior Instructor and course designer for Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society's (AAMS) Certificate Program in Conflict Management for over 12 years She has also designed and delivered the Aboriginal Peacemaking Certificate Program for York University and Native Counselling Services of Alberta (NCSA) Paula is currently updating the material in that program and it will be known as the Bear Paw Peacemaking Certificate Program which will be jointly delivered by NCSA and AAMS. Paula has been a Certified Trainer for MTI (Mediation Training Institute International) for over 6 years. She is also faculty at Royal Roads University, Victoria, B.C. in the Bachelor of Justice Program delivering the Restorative Justice course. Paula has co-designed and delivered the Mediation and Restorative Justice Centre's program in Restorative Justice.

Chart Paula also has also delivered training internationally and customized training to meet the needs of various cultural groups. She delivered Mediation Training and Restorative Justice Orientations in Bosna I Herzegovina and participated in an assessment of Restorative Justice Initiatives in Northern Uganda.

Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society

If your organization wants an Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society course to be delivered in-house and would like Paula Drouin as your instructor, simply contact us and we will co-ordinate the delivery through AAMS at no additional cost.
